The only tools you will need to install Tisan Post Anchors are a cordless drill, a tape measure, and the correct drill bit.
Most post skirts fit over the Tisan anchor with little or no modifications.
Always try to get a minimum of 2+ inches penetration into the sub-framing or blocking for the highest pullout strength. When attaching to concrete consider the Tapcon 1/4 x 3-1/4" or 1/4" Concrete Wedge Anchors.
